Not only will your image be seen by prospects, customers, partners, suppliers and your employees on siemens.com/plm, but selected images may also appear in calendar printings worldwide. There are also related activities that may pay dividends, such as images appearing at trade shows, industry events and business conferences. Additional opportunities include possible participation in the Siemens PLM Software case study program and editorial coverage in industry publications.

Participation in the 2009 Siemens PLM Software Global Calendar Program can result in effective leads for your company. While Siemens PLM Software offers no business-related assurance to participants (either individuals or companies), Siemens PLM Software plans to fully leverage selected images for maximum exposure, helping to make this a positive experience for all involved.

Image Requirements

  • Image must be rendered using Siemens PLM Software products
  • 12” x 9” landscape (304.8mm x 228.6mm) with 3,600 x 2,700 pixels (or 300 DPI)
  • True color (minimum 24 bit)
  • Logo should be an intrinsic part of the image, for example, appearing exactly as it does on the physical product. If the image is not an actual product and a logo is used, the logo should appear to be an intrinsic part of the visual. Logos not appearing in said manner may be pulled at discretion of judges or entrant may be asked to resubmit the image accordingly.
  • Images must be submitted in JPEG format
  • Maximum file size is 20 MB
  • Images must accompany a completed entry/approval form

Judging Criteria

Images will be judged by industry professionals who will consider the following:

  • Overall dramatic impact/aesthetics of image
  • How much the image represents maximum usage of Siemens PLM Software products
  • Complexity of image
  • Image innovation
  • Image clarity/high-quality resolution
  • Selection of the images and awarding of prizes are at the discretion of Siemens PLM Software

Deadline for Image Entry

All images must be entered and received by September 30, 2008.

Registration and Approval / Entry Form

To be considered a valid entry, you must first register for participation. You will then receive an email that enables you to activitate your account, complete the entry/approval form and begin submitting images. Please note that the entry/approval form must be completed and submitted with image(s) created using one of Siemens PLM Software's products. We may contact you if any questions about a submitted image arise. We will also use the contact information to inform individuals and/or companies regarding the program results. Please be sure this information is represented correctly.
